“I was really disappointed with my recent experience. The final product came out blurry and faded, especially the most important part — the logo — which negatively impacted my professional image as a Real Estate Agent. I was told a proof was sent online, but I never received it, and there was no direct communication to confirm the design or address quality concerns. To make matters worse, I was informed that since I had already paid, they went ahead and produced and shipped the order without my approval. I had planned to recommend this company by word of mouth to my broker and fellow Realtors since they don’t usually use aluminum signs. However, given the terrible quality, I won’t be going back. When I called to complain, they didn’t even offer a discount or a re-do. With a name like “Signs on the Cheap,” unfortunately, the quality followed. Other vendors like Vistaprint and BannerBuzz take extra steps to ensure quality, and I expected the same here. Sadly, I will not be using them again.”
