“They inflate shipping to cover low cost of signs. I purchased 3 day shipping with an arrival date, and they were shipped slower and didnt arrive on time. Very dissapointed. as far as quality, they are fine.”

“Price changed substantially from the the website which was advertising $3.32/each, and it ended up being about $5.15 each. They said that was because the base price doesn't include too much color. Yet it was a fairly simple design. Just be more up-front about what an average sign will cost. It was also over $60 shipping which is at the upper end of what is believable, unless it also included a "handling cost".”

“I was given an email that said the product would ship the next day but when I checked out I had to pay extra for a rush order that said it wouldn't arrive for 9 days. I wasn't given a name option for my payment.”

“Not very happy with the way they give you one price and when you order it's a different price. I called in to customer support and she said the price quoted on the home page is a blank sign. I have looked all over the page and it says nothing about colors are extra. I sure hope there shipping is what they say as I need these signs before the event. Ron Wick”

“The site pricing made me pay more for 200 stakes than if I were to order 100. 100 was calculating to $0.97 ea while 200 came to $1 ea. Not a significant amount at $6 more paid but it does carry a dissatisfaction of being charged more for ordering more. If I had even ordered 190 it was going to charge $0.99 but those 10 extra stakes increased the whole order pricing up by $2.”

“Yall sent me an email offering 55% off to complete my order, but when I went back to the cart the price had doubled for the signs, then had 55% taken off. The signs were originally around $7 each, so 55% off should've made them around $3.50 each. Instead, the price went up to over $15 per sign and the 55% off was applied. This makes me think your company is a scam company. I ordered anyway, but I am not happy about it.”

“I have been ordering since 2011 have never ever changed my design my last order someone at signs on the cheap took it upon themselves to change my design without my permission. now since then i can't get my pricing i've always paid for 13 yrs.”
