“The design took 10 tries and complete re-doing because the CONTINUE button would not work in Chrome, Safari or Duck. VERY frustrating. Finally after all these tries the continue button worked”

“the 84 cent sign is bait and switch , i wasted a hour creating a sign only to find out i had to order a 100 but the pricing page clearly states 1 sign for 84 cent, i was going to add it to my order of 20 18 x 24 signs. you would do better being honest with people”

“The price difference from the 12x18 to 18 x 24 is significantly different and doesn't have to be. Most people cant read a 12x18 from a car riding by. You all know this. Also, the whole 24 shipping thing is also not really what you say it is. The shipping in 24 hours verbiage is misleading. Sure you may get it out, but no one cares when you send it, we only care when we get it. Not getting the product in hand for close to 9 days isn't 24 hours anything. So again...I needed to get this done but hardly the experience I expected when I clicked on your site. The site is easy to use and customer service when I called was fine. But your offer isn't what it suggests. I haven't seen the quality of the product yet, but based on the experience Ive just had, my expectations are low. For these reasons, I have limited my order and will likely go with another vendor on my next order. Way too expensive for $20 signs.”
