“shipping is way too much... and I dont appreciate all the damn pop up ads all over my screen that i cant get rid of. i doubt i will be back WHY DONT YOU PUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ON YOUR WEBSITE PAGE... I HAD TO GOOGLE IT TO GET HELP!! AND WHEN I DID THE GIRL AGREED WITH ME THAT SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT. !! READ YOUR DISCLOSURE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE!! “Your site used to be very easy to use. Sounds like you changed your design software two yrs ago…and it was a bad choice, because now it’s so difficult to design a sign. Very disappointed, it took me forever, and had to keep asking for help. Id have had these finished by last week if I didnt keep losing my work,or could find the font I had used before (you got rid of it!). I used your company, did 3 election campaigns before this order, and never had any kind of problems like this! Plus, the cost of shipping jumps from $80…for a week from today…to $334 in order to get it before this week is done. I tried Saturday to get help, no one available…same yesterday. Really frustrating.”
