“There should be a way to adjust the leading on the type! There is too much space on this sign.”

“Your tax exempt system is horrible. Upload form, declined, sent a digital form to fill out, and issues on YOUR END filled the form out wrong. On the phone with customer service for almost an hour reuploading hand form, each time was told there was another error. Not sure why it couldn't have been checked over and found all areas of change the FIRST TIME. I spent way too much time of my work day getting this order completed. I paid for express shipping. Hopefully it will be here by the date promised.”

“You do not allow a double sided sign to have 2 of your preprinted and editable signs. The back has to be started from scratch or uploaded. You do NOT make this clear and it is very irritating.”

“Ludicrously difficult website to navigate. Signs are great but you really have to work to get them. Thank goodness ror the lady that helped me do the site program developer should be ashamed of this horrible software package. By the way, this is my fourth order of signs. I really am pleased with the product, but the site is impossible to use Again really thankful for the staff member who helped me make the signs happen..”

“I have used this business before and was very disappointed this time. Upon submitting my order yesterday, I received an email saying my print had a lot of empty space They said I ordered a 24 x 18 instead of 18 x 24. I did not but the girl was very dismissive She said okay lets cancel your order and you have to start over,”
