“the first time I came on the site to get a price quote, it gave me a quote of $330. When I went back in it gave me a quote for the exact same thing for $390. By calling customer service, I got the price lowered to $375, but this felt like a bait and switch. I also didn't know how much the shipping charges would be until the very end. This meant I had to go back to my boss 3 times to get approval to order.”

“I called to get some help with ordering numbered signs. I just needed the same sign numbered 1-81. The person I got on the phone was uninterested in helping me in any way. Also, I ordered 81 signs but had to pay the same as a single sign price.”
