“I called and the assistant helped me. I asked her if she could stay on the line while I navigated through a different color choice. She responded "You can do it yourself." Nope, i could not. I called back and the 2nd gal was extremely helpful and assisted me through the process. Huge difference in customer support. Oct. 7 @ 6:45pm”

“Shipping is way too expensive !!! Sucks actually to not be able to afford getting product sooner , 10 day turnaround is horrible, if I had known I would have done different but it was too late for me to go back and find another vendor.”
