“I ordered brushed chrome, however received Satin finish. I was disappointed when I was said Satin finish and Brushed Chrome are same. Also return policy is very aggressive as items not returned within 14 days would not be accepted which includes courier delivery.”

“Just a caution of warning to any professionals ordering from this company. As we all order goods ready to be installed when sparks booked in, be aware that if you do not install within 5 days and find a fault, they will have nothing to do with your claim, it has to be logged within 5 days of delivery, impossible when ordering goods throughout the duration of an office install. Worst customer service, DO NOT RECOMMEND.”
