My box was empty no contacts in it, phone number does not work and it said support may take 3 to respond to email. Going out of country and need by next week. Also could not find live chat only email.

I understand that manufacturers for contacts can cause delays but simple contacts handled it extremely poorly. They at first said my order was placed and would be shipped on time. Then they said about a 2 week delay. Once those 2 weeks were passed I contacted them again and they said about a month. Then when I contacted them again they said another 3 months. No apologies and no heads up first on the approximate shipping times and very delayed responses. I emphasized how important it was for a friend's wedding at a beach and that I needed at least a few pairs. No solution was presented. Curious I ordered a few pairs from other companies and they shipped within a week. Poor service, poor inventory, no critical thinking, and apparently poor ratings. They took the money out in July when i placed it and because I was curious i did not cancel to see when the contacts ship. Just got it in October. Will not use again.

Ordering is simple, the prescription details match, but the vision result is a Fail. So my order will be returned. Hope the refund is simple, too.

It’s my fault that I miss typed the zip code and it went to wrong addresses and my order is still not arrived yet. But it doesn’t make sense that shipping process was processed when the address doesn’t exist while the most of online shopping make sure the address is correct and at least exists before processing the order. And it might not be your fault that you cannot do anything even I realized that the zip code was wrong in early stage of the shipment.

There seems to be no way to contact “Simple” other than email or text. My order took over 3-1/2 weeks and was not able to get a reply to my texts or emails. I followed instructions to wait between texts. Thought 4 days between texts was long enough and I was wrong . I was in glasses for over a week because they were so back logged. Definitely NOT simple more like - Its Complicated Contacts

It is hard to get in contact with anyone. The phone number does not work and if you send a message it is days before you hear back. The next time I get contacts I will probably go somewhere else because of this. I have been working out of town for two weeks and the Delivery was supposed to be here and it’s not. I need to know how it gets delivered and guess what I still can’t get in touch with simple contacts how convenient for y’all.

The service was awful. I sent in my prescription with a bar code included and paid for one day shipping. The package came a week later and was the incorrect prescription. I was told they would not refund me because the boxes were opened. I will never use this application again, it is just as much of a hassle as going to the eye doctor and now I’m not only out of money but of contacts as well.

Every experience I have had with this company has been a terrible one. From back ordered contacts, to having to verify an up to date prescription. Not quite sure why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but To top it off, j paid for overnight shipping for my past 3 orders and didn’t get it until 5 days later! Customer service is either nonexistent or they just simply don’t care either. I have reached out to them several times and didnt even get a response back. Don’t waste your time.
