“I believe my order was done wrong. Or, I did it wrong - probably the case. I got one years worth of contacts for one eye and only six months worth for my other eye. I need to fix that!!”

“I don’t often wear my contacts, so I didn’t notice that I had run out the weekend before my engagement pictures!! Not only did Simple make it easy to upload my prescription, they’re shipping options made sure I had my contacts in two days in time for memories! Very grateful that my inattention to detail did not bite me this time!”

“It would have been nice to see a clear notice saying make sure your contact choice matches your prescription but I was contacted almost immediately and informed of my mistake and re-ordered the correct lenses. I received them quickly and at half the cost of my optician. Very happy with my purchase and will be using Simple Contacts in the future.”

“My order said it had been delivered, but I never actually received it. I contacted simple contacts customer service and they responded back quickly. They sent me a replacement order immediately. I would definitely buy from them again.”
