“simple contacts is so easy to use with accurate prescriptions and cheap prices. the customer service is amazingly fast, concise, and friendly. i never want to go to another optometrist again...even though sometimes they recommend it :(”

“It took 2 weeks to receive my order. It was reported that my order was shipped 1 day after I ordered, but took 2 weeks to receive the order. I was not able to track the order. When I order from 1 800 contacts I receive my order in 2-3 days”

“I am very happy with how fast I received my first order as well as the price. I had a problem with two pairs and all I had to do was contact, no pun intended , them and they sent me new contacts. I will recommend Simple Contacts to my friends.”

“Truth in advertising is hard to find, but Simple Contacts is truly simple! I've ordered twice from them now, and the reorder was even simpler than the first! Plus they send text messages with updates about delivery, etc, and the price is great!”

“I thought service was great and it very easy to put order in. On ordering the second time though I thought the reorder charge was over the top (you’re charged for being a returning customer?) so in the end the cost for my contacts was exactly the same amount I would have paid at my opticians.”

“So much more convienent and inexpensive compared to an eye doctor visit. I still plan to do in-person exams periodically for eye health reasons, but no more jumping through hoops just to renew a prescription. It’s just a shame I’ve been wearing contacts for 10+ years and this service hasn’t been available until now!”
