“Extremely disappointed. I signed up for the "subscribe and save" feature. I often forgot to order myself new contacts before my supply runs out, so I opted for this service even though I've had better luck getting cheaper prices shopping around for my contacts each month. This service didn't even put my order in until I was already out of contacts. a full week later- I still don't even have an estimated day of delivery. My package was handed off from DHL to USPS and my tracking information says USPS still hasn't even received the package. I've been without contacts now for 2 weeks. I've looked on the app and the website and haven't found a phone number to call so I can even tell someone about this. Very disappointed. I'm unsubscribing to this service and I won't be ordering from Simple Contacts again.”

“It was so simple and easy! I have 3 boys and don't always have time to get a sitter to go to the doctor. Simple contacts saved time, and money, both of which aren't always in full supply. Lol!”

“I work in health care and I know care can be, well, not simple. But you did it, you made health care simple. I'm super busy so getting to the eye doctor is a pain. I never left my house, did my exam, reordered contacts, amazing. This is the future. Kudos to your team for figuring out how to make my life easier. I'm telling everyone I know!!!”

“So happy I don't have to pay $100 every year for a contact lens exam. This price is way more reasonable and I love that I can do everything online. No more scheduling an appointment and having to take off work to visit the eye doctor just so I can order more contact lens.”
