“There seems to be no way to contact “Simple” other than email or text. My order took over 3-1/2 weeks and was not able to get a reply to my texts or emails. I followed instructions to wait between texts. Thought 4 days between texts was long enough and I was wrong . I was in glasses for over a week because they were so back logged. Definitely NOT simple more like - Its Complicated Contacts”

“I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the speed of delivery. The one negative is that I only needed to order lenses for my left eye, but the website would not let me choose “0” for the number of boxes needed for my right eye. So, I had to order a box that I really didn’t need. (Only the prescription for my left eye had changed).”

“I use proclear contacts all the time so of course they're great I was not happy with the length of time it took for them to arrive and even worse DHL who deliver them left them at the office and I did not know until I happened to check the app yesterday afternoon but I order something I want it brought to my home I'm only on the second floor.”
