“This was the greatest contact prescription renewal process I've ever done. For those of us who have worn contacts and glasses for years and don't have questions for a doctor, we know the drill and just want to be able to see again, I can't recommend Simple Contacts enough. No scheduling and waiting for an appointment, no up-sell on a new, more expensive brand, just the part that I care about, getting the right contacts.”

“The name of the company says it all: Simple to buy contacts. Everything from the buying, to the eye test is easy to understand and doesn't take a long time to get done. I did this on a Sunday during my kid's nap time. That's how easy & effective it was. The next day I had my prescription in my inbox and my contact order shipped (Yes less than 12 hrs later from getting the App, my contacts were on the way to me!) They arrived fast and even one day earlier than expected. THANK YOU Simple Contacts for a great service. I will stay a customer!”

“Simple Contacts definitely succeeds in making your life easier. I should know...being that i am so impossibly impatient, taking the test at home .. it’s pretty much a perfect service, the customer agents are always there to guide you... they are smart, young and on the ball. At first i though what a drag .. u can only chat & email with customer s... but honestly... at every turn i could see the chat agents bubble pop up asking if i was ok and needed any help. This Company is a fantastic company to deal with... everyone knows what they are doing! now... imagine that .”
