“I must admit I was a little skeptical about Simple Contacts at first, but now I'm a satisfied customer! I was surprised how easy it was to enter in my current lens prescription by scanning the barcode on the lens packaging using the app. Simple Contacts was also able to renew my expired prescription for another year. All I had to do was follow the simple eye test in the app and submit my results. In less than a week, my new contacts were at my door! Prices were pretty fair too, and I had a promo code which saved me even more. Not to mention a trip to the optometrist. The only reason Simple Contacts does not get a 5/5 stars from me is because the mobile app was pretty glitchy at times. Basically the forward facing camera would turn off completely during the eye test and buttons in the app would randomly stop working. Not sure if this is due to a bug in the app's programing or if my security app was interfering with it. Since it was a new app and it was continually accessing my cell's cameras and microphone. My security app doesn't like that, it sees it as a hacker's attempt to spy on or record me without my knowledge. Wasn't too much of a hassle though. The simple fix was to close and relaunch the app, which saved my progress with each reset.”

“My contacts were sent without my OK. I was told I signed up for automatic shipments. I never sign up for automatic shipments. When the boxes arrived they were squashed. The contacts seem to be OK though. If I have another problem next time I will be moving my business.”

“This website is a breath of fresh air from their poorly designed competitors sites that look like they are from the 90s. No hoops to jump through, no dreaded processing fees. It really was a simple experience. Plus, I got text updates along the way. The best part, is my order arrived earlier than expected which was huge because I was leaving town and had limited time to get my contacts. Very satisfied”
