“The handrail took longer than expected to arrive (due to the raw material wood not being up to scratch) but the final product is very good and looks excellent (stainless steel and oak handrail). The brackets are also very sturdy and sleek looking.”

“Rail was great but when got cut down the part could not connect because they didn’t clean inside correctly some steel was left had to take it to shop to get done other than that the rail is self good quality thank you x”

“Good product, well parcelled given the vulnerability of wooden handrails to damage in transit. Inclusion of Incorrect hardware affects my score, but redemption is the immediate correction by next day delivery lifting the score back to the level recorded. Staff were helpful and polite in my personal dealings and keen to give good service. Can recommend.”

“The brackets were missing from the package when the handrail was delivered. However the customer services chap was very helpful and sorted out a refund as our joiner who came to fit it brought some instead so that he could get on with the job”
