“Quality of the handrail and components is very good. Installation is straightforward although it's a two man job to do it properly. The only fault I can find in the process is that of communication - the tracking via SimpleHandrails was non existent, and I had to wait until it was picked up by the courier before I new the order status. Overall the appearance is very good and I'm very happy.”

“The service I received from Simplehandrails was excellent with delivery taking just over one week from date of order. The only slight difficulty we had was fitting the end caps and a template would have been useful. Would recommend to others.”

“Took 2 weeks from order to delivery but really pleased with my handrail, very good quality and good quality fixings supplied, no instructions were included within package but as long as your not a complete diy novice it's not too difficult to fit. My 3.5 metre rail came in 2 parts and when slotted together the fit was really loose, it was difficult to make the two pieces fit together seemlessly as 1 rail, but it looks ok now it's secure to wall. Overall it's worth paying a little extra more than the local diy stores for their cheaper versions.”

“All went went until delivery and then I was told UPS had lost my delivery so the order had to re sent. The handrail itself looks great - thank you”

“Great quality product easy to fit however an incorrect sized and coloured screw was thrown in to make up the numbers of the screws that match the bannister. Still waiting for a reply and replacement”

“The handrail kit finally arrived which was a relief as I had my doubts it would. Trying to contact anyone, to find out where my delivery was, for over a week, was a nightmare. Dan a great quality product, at a competitive price, but with a service that needs reviewing. Answer your phone or use email, it doesn't matter if there's a delay, just let us know.”

“Ordered some parts and they did not arrive ,however the problem was Royal Mail not simple handrails and once I contacted them they sent immediately via u.p.s and arrived the next day .great products at great prices . You will not be disappointed . Regards Peter”

“I am so pleased that we ordered from this company. The hand rail is stylish and is clearly sturdy and of good quality. My only slight complaint is that my builder would have appreciated instructions about assembling the brackets but they went up with no problems in the end!”

“comments said delivery between 5-7days after 2 telephone calls rail finally arrived after 17 days . However after 1st call they did apologise and say we wouldn't get it until the following week . We are very pleased with the product and would recommend if you are not in a rush to receive it”

“the actual rail is superb and I have fitted myself with no problem.Considering my quote from a supply and fix was nearly £300 and the good quality rail and fixings from Simple handrails was £74 I am very pleased.The only critism was delay in sending or rather keeping me informed when to expect, other than that I will definitely use again.”

“Great product and very impressed with the quality (loads cheaper than others I looked at). Few teething problems with delivery (which were outside of their control) but felt they did all they could to resolve for me and re-ordered quickly. Would recommend and use again”

“The ordering process is really easy, unfortunately Dan had problems with his courier company so my order was delayed by quite some time, but he was extremely apologetic and after unsuccessfully trying to get my delivery completed he made a new rail and arranged a special delivery which arrived within a day. I would recommend the company, my experience was hopefully a one off and once I alerted him to the issues the problem was dealt with efficiently and speedily, so i am happy.”
