“I turned to simple health for my birth control needs in june of 2022. I was excited to try a health provider that worked with my Medicare an didn't require an appointment. I was metcwith many frustrations however. They claimed to except my insurance an then after processing was able to get mega 2nd choice option. I recieved my order but upon processing for my 2nd shipment they claimed I needed precauthorization from my insurance. I've over 10 yrs with planned parenthood for same birth control š so I will be returning to their services instead.”
“Was great in the beginning! 7$ a month for birth control? Canāt beat that. But the bc didnāt work for me. I asked for something different and was told it would $540 a month for bc. Went from 7$ to 540$? Wth. Then asked if I could have other options for 7$ I never got a response back.”
“The process was very easy to start. However I only received a one month supple instead of the 3 month supply that was order. I reached out to customer service and was told it was a week wait to be helped. Still waiting for the other items.”
“I bought half a year supply and ended up having an allergic reaction the first month :( so now I have 5 months extra. Tried contacting support, but heard nothing so far. Hoping I can somehow get a refund since it's useless to me now and I didn't touch the 5 other packs.”
“The drs should be allowed to prescribe what best works for their patients with their previous experiences with birth control taken into account. More so or at least equally considered as whatever guidelines they have now.”
“I started this subscription as a way to consistently receive birth control as I could not get a new primary gynecologist for months. I received the first shipment and that was it. I'm not sure if I did something on my end to mess it up. I'm almost certain that I have been charged for more shipments, and I have received emails stating "your prescription is on the way!" multiple times without ever receiving it in the mail.”
“There have been times when Simple Health made getting my prescription easier, but lately itās been a nightmare. My order was processing for over 2 weeks and it wasnāt until I reached out that I was notified of a ātechnical errorā and assured that my order would be shipped out immediately with 1-3 day priority shipping. Itās been 5 days and the tracking still says āPreshipment-awaiting itemā. Now Iām down to my last week and I wonāt have birth control for however long. Very disappointed in the service”
“I asked for more information about a newer form of birth control. To help me decide what to do. Instead I was sent a prescription for it, no more information given. After two days, I was then told they didn't actually have it in stock. I had to try something else (again no information given other than drug names) or call around to my local pharmacies until I found one that had it (I ended up calling, and being put on hold with 6 different pharmacists). In the end, it would have been easier and probably safer to wait a month and a half to meet face to face with a doc and talk about birth control options.”
“I started junel fe ( the pill ) in December and Never missed a pill I was on my 4th week in my birth control pallet and found out I was almost 8 weeks pregnant in march. 2/10.”
