Y’all won’t let me get a refill whenever I please and I have no clue whether or not my birth control is on its way for this next month. If I try to buy a refill myself y’all try to charge me an extra 20 for a stupid consultation fee and that’s mad lame

I have been waiting for 3 weeks. The order is still under review. They also charged me $20 for Simplecontact which I can't see why. I never authorized a transaction of Simplecontact. AWLFUL experience. 20 dollar is not a big money, but it is wasting much much time.

I wouldn’t recommend simple health. They took forever to reply. I only needed 1 pack of birth control and they wanted to charge me for 3. I also never got my tracking information I have insurance and they didn’t take my insurance. Which meant I had to pay.

I still haven’t gotten my pills but it says it’s been delivered. I ordered them almost a month ago

If I could leave no stars I would, I never received my package and aside from being charged the first time I was told I'd be charged again for a second month and still never received the first, not once did they offer me a refund. I was so over it that I asked them to delete my account, I will be taking my money to (the pill club). Good luck with simple health I hope your experience was better than mine!

I was charged the consultation fee of $20 plus the $15 for the actual birth control twice now and still havent received my birth control.

Terrible communication. A lot of cracks in the process. Over a month of back and forth and still have not received correct medication. New company, I get it, but they still have a lot of figuring out to do in order to make this easier for the customer.

Took over two months to get my birth control said it would take 3 days if I knew that I would of just gone to my real doctor

The process was extremely nerve wrecking. It took them two weeks to get me my pills even after I provided them with my insurance info. They also charged me twice for the 20$ consultation fee. I ended up missing two weeks worth of pills. I’m not happy about the service at all

Horrible place to do service they will charge you automatically without giving you warning. Will refuse to give your money back and they are horrible with customers service! Take your money somewhere else before they rob you of it!
