“I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my prescription! I can’t even sign into my account anymore cause it says my info is incorrect. I have never had this problem. But I want to unsubscribe!”
“Worst service I have ever gotten. For one they have extremely rude doctors/nurses ? Whoever is on the other end of the emails. I tried to explain to what I wanted or needed and what I got back was an extremely sarcastic rude reply making me incompetent/inferior. Also they did not send my next pack of pills on time it took 10 days at that point I was done.”
“I was sent womans condoms instead of the regular birth control that I am use to taking and have ordered from you before. Very disappointed and now out of my birth control pills. Now my cycle will be off.”
“I wanted to like this service since it was a great price and provides other things like condoms and morning after pills, which not all online services like this offer, but unfortunately the customer service and timeliness of delivery were the reason I decided to cancel after my first shipment. It took over a month for my delivery to arrive and there was no communication in between. When there were issues with shipping only after I found out through USPS, simple health was not helpful in resolving my issues or responding in a timely manner.”
“No support phone number. Overcharged me. Supposed to be an auto refill service and I had to request a refill. Only had to months birth control and a problem each time.”

“Scam. Skipped my 3rd month. They lied and said my insurance wouldnt cover it. I've had this insurance for 30 years I know how it works. They wanted more money. Now I get to withdraw from hormone pills while I wait for a different prescription from an actual clinic.”
“I was prescribed Yaz and was told they would be sending Yaz. I received Loryna and I have had the worst mood swings, I have lost 12 pounds and I’m now weighing around 86 pounds. I can’t eat I can’t sleep and I feel suicidal. I was prescribed one medicine and was sent birth control from hell. This has been a terrible ridiculous experience.”
“Due to poor communication my medicine was delayed for weeks, which caused me to fall behind in my prescription.
After being approved by the doctor I was told that my mediciation would ship out within 48 hours. A week passed so I reached out to the company and was then informed they no longer carried my prescription (after they had already said it was in the process of being shipped out.) It took much longer than necessary to be prescribed a generic version, further delaying the medication.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be returning as a customer.”
