“love the shutters, quality is as advertised. the installation was not an issue. delays due to Covid-19 are understandable and out of everyone's control. the only constructive comment I will offer is to measure, confirm, and measure 3 times before placing order when dealing with arched wind casings and installation outside of window frames. the shutters look good, but must have doors fully open to move slats. The doors- panel are so wide we are not able to keep open, bumps walls. Should have been a 4 panel, two per side, shutter instead of 2 panel - super wide shutter --- we thought we were getting the 4 panel. After months of delay due to mis-measured first set and then Covid-19, I didn't have the heart to send them back.”

“I understand that due to the pandemic there was a delay receiving the shutters. My issue is that when I exchanged texts with Dawn I made it clear that due to my husbands health issues precautions needed to be taken during installation. My husband was home when they installed the shutters in the bedrooms,there was no problem with the install, they did a good job were quick and on time, however no one had on a mask. I was not happy that after speaking with Dawn they came into our home with no masks for their own protection and my family, that was upsetting I have worked through this as well as my husband we always were a mask at work”

“The overall experience was good however some of the specs when ordering the plantation shutters were written out incorrectly. We called your office to let you know of the error and the person who took the call was very unprofessional, mentioned "that they had already come twice", with a very rude tone, & that we would have to pay in full regardless of a few more steps that were missing with our Sliding door shutters. We were shock that he would even throw in our face that they had to come a 2nd time, which by the way, it was not our fault, the first time the installer tech's came over they left due to poor weather, and they told us they would not able to finish the work, therefore having to come a second time to complete the installation. In any rate, everyone else such as Dawn, and the installers were very courteous and friendly. I honestly did not get the gentlemen's name, but my recommendations is for some of your staff to get lessons in customer service and professionalism. We will be ordering more plantation shutters in the near future however due to that experience, I am not sure if we should order from you guys.”

“I loved everything about my Simply Shutters - value, quality, design, the rep who sold me the shutters, etc. The only negative was the ridiculously long wait. Also, to get me scheduled was a bit of a frustration. I had waited so long and when they finally came, they brought the wrong order. The installer did come back at the end of the day by himself to complete the job which had he not, I would have been even more upset to wait.”

“Hi there, one of our shutters does not close flat. It pops out at the top. Is this something your guys can fix? Or do you have a solution I can try myself? Thank you. Aside from that, the shutters are nice and look great. The delays were very frustrating because there was very little communication and no advance notice. We were told 8-10 weeks and that turned into 16 weeks in reality. Many of my calls and messages were not returned. At the same time, you were promoting on Facebook that there were no delays! I honestly got angry whenever I saw that. At the end of the day, we are happy, but the long wait and lack of communication was not good. That needs improvement. Thank you!”
