“The shutters and the install were great. The only thing is you better be sure that you want them cause there’s no changing your mind. I have two homes and I decided not to do the condo at the same time. They had left my property and already cashed the check so there’s no going back that’s why they do not take credit cards so that you cannot dispute them. I wrote the check around 4:30 pm called early the next morning and it was too late to cancel anything. The check had already been deposited and the order put in they said within that small amount of time. Just be sure this is what you want because there’s no turning back with this company.”

“Simply Shutters did a professional job from start to finish during a tough time. Covid left many companies unable to fulfill in a timely manner due to supply and labor shortages. These guys communicated well. The installers were on point from arrival to departure. Great cleanup before leaving too. This review is written a couple years after their install and I would recommend them for your shutters.”

“If you are looking for reasonably and competitively priced shutters, along with outstanding customer service, Simply Shutters is the best. Simply Shutters installed plantation shutters on all the windows of my house. The crew did a great job and cleaned up any mess made. They also arrived on time, which is important to me. The shutters look great and I get lots of compliments about them. I am grouchy and often hard to please, but I have absolutely no complaints about the whole process. The price was right, the installers did a fine job and the customer service with Dawn could not be better. She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have and will email you an update throughout the delivery process. How good is that? Do I recommend them? Absolutely, and for all the reasons I mentioned. ! I don't think you can find a company better than them.”

“Horrible customer service ! First time I reached out it took a few phone calls and a many emails before they got back to me . Finally got my shutters 16 weeks later and I was happy.i Second time around, I wanted shutters on my French doors , and same thing happened , I called a few times , sent emails . This time no one ever got back to me ! Found a different person with better quality shutters and excellent customer service.”
