“It’s been about a year and a half since I got very wide slat plantation shutters. I chose no bar in the the middle and they just open and close with a finger. I also chose to have my top and bottom move independently so I may leave the bottom closed for privacy. The customer service was outstanding!!! Even despite my ordering during Covid they were able to deliver and install. I accidentally broke something off, my fault, recently and they sent me a replacement and walked me through how to replace it. It was easy peasy!!! The quality of the product is beautiful.
