It’s been about a year and a half since I got very wide slat plantation shutters. I chose no bar in the the middle and they just open and close with a finger. I also chose to have my top and bottom move independently so I may leave the bottom closed for privacy. The customer service was outstanding!!! Even despite my ordering during Covid they were able to deliver and install. I accidentally broke something off, my fault, recently and they sent me a replacement and walked me through how to replace it. It was easy peasy!!! The quality of the product is beautiful. Best decision ever was to use this company. Price was unbeatable.
