“Unfortunately I have had a very disappointing experience with your company as nobody answers the phone at the office and no one responds except for the salesman Ricky. One of my shutters was installed damaged and it took about a month to even get someone to come out and look at it. Addison came out and said it needed to be replaced and I haven’t received an update or any kind of ETA and it has been 2 months. Another shutter is now not closing properly. Your customer service is nonexistent and I would like these issues fixed immediately.”

I am usually not patient but was completely understanding of this new way in trying to do business. They worked hard to not only keep us informed but also to do all they could to keep great employees employed so they could take care of their families. “Horrible. Simply Shutters do not not stand by their guarantee My shutters do not fit my window and they said nothing they could do. After a year they contacted me they wanted to reorder shutter for the third time. I asked for my money back but they won’t do that. I refuse to let them back in my home as they lie and say anything to get you to sign a contract. Manager Steve is not to be trusted”
