“The installers left screws on floor. Some window frames were screwed together from top to bottom so you could not see the screws. Some were screwed from the sides, so you can see the screw heads from the sides. Overall though, the shutters are very nice.”

“They consistently delayed the delivery, which during the pandemic could be excusable, however, what is not excusable is that requests for updates were completely ignored and not answered--that was frustrating. They never provided an adjustment in price due to the significant delay. They are not customer-centric and take their customers for granted.”

“Good quality workmanship, Company installers, who respect and clean up after themselves. If you have issues sleeping, these could be the answer. Before having my home fitted with "Simply Shutter" I would wake after 3 to 4 hours of sleep, now I had to set an alarm to wake up. Having these Plantation Shutters fitted not only has the curb appeal been noticed but the home is much cooler too. I highly recommend these shutters”
