“We ordered plantation shutters last summer and simply love them. The young man who came to measure and show me the different options was very professional and friendly. The men who came to install them was also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.”

“I’m stilllwaiting for my last shutter that was ordered last April. Per Dawn should be here this month. Year later. Also several adjustments need to be done on blinds that are installed. Dawn is aware of my issues. I hope they are resolved soon.....”

“Honestly I ordered these not sure if it was what I truly wanted as I also love curtains. But I am so happy with these shutters and love them more every day. I love the look from the outside too. I'm thankful I found Simply Shutters. Could not have had a more responsive and responsible company order and install these. Will definitely use them again when I can afford them for the rest of the house.”

“Although Steve is AWESOME, the man who came to measure and order my shutters ordered the incorrect product. The installers were also AWESOME -- when they left I noticed that the shutters were incorrect. I am annoyed that I initially had to wait 10 to 12 weeks to get them and now I have to wait another period of time for the CORRECTED shutters. My family had previously ordered shutters from Simply Shutters and that is why I chose your company. I am very disappointed at this time as I am waiting for the CORRECTED shutters. My rating of your Company might have been higher if I was credited some of my money for this waiting time inconvenience.”

“I have tried calling a few times to have somebody come and look to repair one of my shutters that was installed it doesn’t close and the other two they weren’t cooked properly I never heard back from anybody I would appreciate a call back 561-213-2737”

“We were not the buyers of these shutters but bought the house they were in. When the one in our master bathroom shower fell off the wall spontaneously, they came out and measured incorrectly. It was a long wait until they could bring in the new shutter which did not fit. After that they had to re-order one but fix the one that had fallen off the wall so we at least had something to cover the window. We are still waiting for the replacement. Since we have sold the home we need to inform the new owners when that shutters will arrive.”
