“Prices were excellent. Time from order to installation was a little long, but it was clearly communicated and worth the wait. Installation was great and the installer worked to make sure some windows were fit properly. The only critique that I have is that the installer did not clean after himself. He did have to trim a few times to make sure the fit was ideal. And with this came saw dust. After he left, I went to check everything again and saw mounds of sawdust that I had to clean up.
Overall, very good experience. I would highly recommend (and have) to anyone looking for shutters. I would either make sure that installers know it’s their job to clean up or make sure that the customer knows that installers don’t clean up. I’m not sure which is your policy, but clarity on this is my only suggestion. Thanks for the wonderful shutters and I will be using you for any future needs.”
“I had shutters install in 2017. I believe this company had just started up. The quality of the shutters was exceptional and the pricing was reasonable. However, the customer service aspect was lacking.
Calls were not returned, promises were not kept, and I had an argument with Tim about the lack of customer service.
In every business, every employee is part of “customer service”. It is not a department.”
“We were very satisfied with the installation of our shutters. Installers were very polite and did a good job.
We also had shutters put in the entrance to a bedroom hallway. They were hung about 18” down from the top and about 18” from the floor. I added small handles so we can use them as doors. Works very well and ties the of the room area together.

It did take approximately 12 weeks for the shutters to come in and an additional two weeks for installation but it certainly was worth it. The installation staff was courteous and tidy. “I had two sets of plantation shutters installed about one year ago. I do remember the person who measured was real nice. However, there was not good communication about installation. I remember calling more than once and not getting a clear answer about time of deliver.
Although they look good, they didn’t fit precisely, and there is a small gap at the bottom. I think a regular person wouldn’t notice the difference, but the installer did mention it to me when installing, and since they were pre fabricated, we were only able to adjust the difference a little.”
