“I have purchased several shutters from this company and every time there were long lead times. I was extremely patient every time. However, the last installation took place in June of this year and the shutter was hung too high off the ground. The issue was reported to the company right away and as of today, the issue has not been resolved. I have called and texted several times and they finally sent someone out on Tuesday this week only to say the same thing the installers said that a repair job needed to be done. I was promised a discount for future orders, only to be taken back by the manager. I feel that they took my money and abandoned the job with no quality control.”
