“I would recommend installers remove all cardboard from the property after installation. It was days later I became aware that boxes were tucked in along side my compressor on the side of the house.”

It took almost 50% longer for the first order to come in than they put in writing. My second order took even longer than that to be completed. They have identified a need to improve customer service, so I don’t think you can ask for more than that. They have heard what customers have said and they are trying to correct it. My blinds look great, but the frame is not cut the same on each side at the bottom. Most people wouldn’t notice, but I do. Attention to detail is important, and this detail was missed.
Our second order came with a damaged piece, which took an additional extended period of time to replace.”

“We were happy with the price and how beautiful they look on our windows. The framing around each window looks rich but when it came to the installation of our slider doors we were disappointed with the final product. The header was crooked and pieced together and looked very cheap in comparison to the way the windows were finished. It was not beveled and you could see the plain wood brace sticking above the header. We pointed this out to the installer who said he couldn’t do anything about it and said it was our floor that was not level. We reached out to customer service by phone and we’re told there was nothing they could do to fix it . We ended fixing it ourselves by adding another piece of trim above and below the header and leveled it out .”

“Customer service was pretty good as far as response time when inquiring about the job however, it took about 14 weeks to get the 3 shutters for my kitchen. The installation on one of the shutters is very bad and unprofessional as you can see in the pictures below. I don’t know if the installers were not very experienced but I think the company should have more experienced installers, not the happiest camper!”
