The sales people said the installers could easily install the door knob that I needed to trade out because of the shatters. No, the installers do not or they weren’t in the know of this. They did it but they hadn’t planned to and they could not do the one I bought. I had to make a special trip to Home Depot. Just know to get this done way beforehand.”
