“I couldn’t be happier with my Simply Shutters plantation shutters. The price was half the price quoted to me by one of the big home box stores. I had to wait longer to get, but I wasn’t in a hurry. I would definitely use them again.”

“The sales people were very friendly and so were the installers. It took a lot longer (several months) than they said. They told me that they were back ordered, which I’m sure was the case. The sales people said the installers could easily install the door knob that I needed to trade out because of the shatters. No, the installers do not or they weren’t in the know of this. They did it but they hadn’t planned to and they could not do the one I bought. I had to make a special trip to Home Depot. Just know to get this done way beforehand.”

“We ordered shutters and yes because of numerous issues outside control of everyone it took a lot more time to get than we were quoted. Let me say right now these shutters are the best ever, installed very professional, price exceptional! People at this company are so professional, caring and kept us informed all the way!!!! Would never hesitate to use them again and would never hesitate to recommend this company!!!!”

“Installation of our shutters was stalled due to Covid , after months of waiting, they were finally installed. We had a problem with one set of shutters afterward, it again took a while to get them back over here. They are fixed and shutters seem to be ok. They look great !”

“1- Missing shutters on the two bathroom windows. 2- We received the wrong order for the master bedroom window, it took more than six months to get the replacement, then found out they duplicate the shower windows instead of ordering my master T post window 🤦🏻‍♀️ 3- Sorry to say this, but it was a terrible experience. 4- Communication (Not good )”
