The delays were very frustrating because there was very little communication and no advance notice. We were told 8-10 weeks and that turned into 16 weeks in reality. Many of my calls and messages were not returned. At the same time, you were promoting on Facebook that there were no delays! I honestly got angry whenever I saw that.
At the end of the day, we are happy, but the long wait and lack of communication was not good. That needs improvement. Thank you!”
“I don’t have enough space here to describe how incredibly happy I am that I went with Simply Shutters to do my entire condo after my renovations. I might add that my experience with the staff was beyond professional and courteous. The installation took less than a day. I can’t say enough about the quality of the product and the amazing price. I love that they are able to block out the sun as well. I had received bids from other companies but they were twice the money and the quality wasn’t as good as these.
