“I understand that due to the pandemic there was a delay receiving the shutters. My issue is that when I exchanged texts with Dawn I made it clear that due to my husbands health issues precautions needed to be taken during installation. My husband was home when they installed the shutters in the bedrooms,there was no problem with the install, they did a good job were quick and on time, however no one had on a mask. I was not happy that after speaking with Dawn they came into our home with no masks for their own protection and my family, that was upsetting I have worked through this as well as my husband we always were a mask at work”

“I am very happy with my plantation shutters. The process was very easy. Installations was quick and professional. The worst part was waiting for my custom shipment to arrive. But that’s just because I was anxious to get them once I decided to order them.”

“The overall experience was good however some of the specs when ordering the plantation shutters were written out incorrectly. We called your office to let you know of the error and the person who took the call was very unprofessional, mentioned "that they had already come twice", with a very rude tone, & that we would have to pay in full regardless of a few more steps that were missing with our Sliding door shutters. We were shock that he would even throw in our face that they had to come a 2nd time, which by the way, it was not our fault, the first time the installer tech's came over they left due to poor weather, and they told us they would not able to finish the work, therefore having to come a second time to complete the installation. In any rate, everyone else such as Dawn, and the installers were very courteous and friendly. I honestly did not get the gentlemen's name, but my recommendations is for some of your staff to get lessons in customer service and professionalism. We will be ordering more plantation shutters in the near future however due to that experience, I am not sure if we should order from you guys.”

“Our shutters on our front door and back slider look beautiful. Initially, our front door order wasn't placed so we did not get the windows done on the same day, but Simply Shutters made it right and modified the price due to the extra wait time. It is hard to wait, but we have them coming out this week for another estimate for more windows because they do such a great job.”

“I loved everything about my Simply Shutters - value, quality, design, the rep who sold me the shutters, etc. The only negative was the ridiculously long wait. Also, to get me scheduled was a bit of a frustration. I had waited so long and when they finally came, they brought the wrong order. The installer did come back at the end of the day by himself to complete the job which had he not, I would have been even more upset to wait.”
