“If you live in the US your likely to not get your package, im sure its a good company but i was unaware when i made the purchase that they dont take responsibility for lost packages with international shipping, and my shipping carrier told me the tracking number i was given doesnt exist. Despite this they did have prompt customer service, however it should be made much more clear on the website for international consumers who are weary of shipping over seas for this reason.”

“Parcel arrived quickly, however it was shorted and was missing some products. Customer service sorted this out quickly however and got a new parcel sent out to me containing the shorted products, however this parcel itself was also shorted and another had to be sent. Apart from this though, the parcels arrived quickly and the products are of high quality. Customer service was also very helpful.”

“I placed my order in September but never got my package. When I asked if they could send a new one in november they said no. Finally I got my money back in January. This was such a disappointment. :(”

“Paid for tracking. I could track my package as much as I could any other package without tracking. Its been 10 business days and I still have not received the goods. Very disappointed.”
