“ordered 15 needles (3orders of 5) and only got 5 and on top of that 2 months past the expected delivery. The needles are fine but beyond disappointed for this service.”

Hello, The charge you are referring to is the import tax that you are liable for when purchasing products from outside of the EU. We notify you of this in the Terms and Conditions and on the Delivery Information page. These charges are not covered by the original shipping charge or product cost, and Single Needle Ltd (we) are not liable for these costs. All import taxes must be paid by the receiving customer. Failure to make payment will result in the item being returned. Should your order be returned due to a failed customs payment, you will be offered a refund minus the combined cost of postage and return postage. Should you wish to receive a replacement, you will be liable for covering the combined postage cost of the return postage and replacement postage.
