“Had a issue with my device. Contract support and Bill helped me troubleshoot the device. After we went through all the steps ,it was determined to send it in for a replacement. Great support team and a AWSOME COMPANY. THANK YOU SIONYX and your support team.”

“I recently purchased an Aurora Black and I must say that the camera works perfectly. SiOnyx has a fantastic product on its hands, especially for the price. As far as I know, there are not many products out there that provide full-spectrum night vision for less than $1,000. I'm very pleased with my experience with this company.”

“This company is terrific! Not only do they make an amazing night vision camera but their customer service is outstanding. I managed to break a piece of an attachment and asked if I could purchase a new one. They promptly sent me a new one with no charge.”

“I placed my order for the Aurora Black... mistakenly. I fumbled around and ask Bill in support if he could change my order and upgrade to the Aurora, which was what I initially wanted, my mistake when I ordered BTW. He handled my request right away seamlessly without hesitation. Awesome CS... Cant wait for my device! DC”
