“Was concerned at first that my order could not be fulfilled but after emailing the site got a prompt reply and goods delivered . Packaged well and look good , they haven't been used yet as they are for my grandaughter's 6th birthday. I couldn't find a SFR bag for the skates on the site so maybe they could be available and easier to access.

“Hi, no-one ever returned my calls to answer my questions, the additional wheels I purchased for the JD Bug scooter were sent without bearings. The experience has been hard work. However, the delivery was quick. Now my daughter has had her scooter for her birthday and it is really noisy.... nothing like her friends scooters who also have JD Bug models, purchased elsewhere.”

A lady named Jo went out of her way to rectify the problem and she also said that she had processed a discount of £10 and reimbursed the delivery fee of £3.95.
