“I really like Effortless Skin. The website is easy to navigate, amending items even during checkout was fuss free and delivery was prompt. I chose the option of 1 to 3 days delivery and products were delivered within the time provided, and beautifully packed. Plus I get discounts due to Black Friday. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is for one of my orders, I have to call my bank for the transaction code. It is a hassle for me as it's an international call I have to make. Effortless Skin could have adopted the security payment gateway provided by MasterCard or VISA where the bank sends a password to the credit card holder to validate the transaction. It'll be a lower cost option for me than an international call.”

“Great product and beautifully packaged, very secure and neatly presented. Only gripe is that it was delivered to a neighbour without the notification being posted through my letterbox. Thank goodness my neighbour dropped it off to me as I wouldn't have known it had been left with them. Totally aware that this is no fault of Effortless Skin and is more of a Royal Mail issue. Hopefully they can be made aware of this as it may happen to a number of customers. Aside from that, I whole heartedly recommend this well trusted company because of their comparatively priced products and professionalism.”

“Great prices.Everything came nicely packed and with a couple of samples which was nice. Only slight grumble would be the speed of delivery but I went for standard option rather than paying more for speedy delivery. Having spent the best part of £100 would have thought delivery would have been quicker”
