“Very speedy delivery and good prices. Could have done without the mass of packaging, fripperies, and little doll thing that just go straight into the recycling. Keep it simple.”

“Delivery was slow - over 7 days to Ireland. Packaging was damaged on arrival. Product packaging on 1 item was also damaged - items not damaged.”

“I love the product and it arrived promptly but unfortunately the bottom of the packaging was broken, luckily not enough to affect the product and I can still use it fine”

“Love the product, but far too much packaging and extras that weren’t asked for... couldn’t believe that 2 face masks arrived in such a big box! Fast delivery though”

I can confirm all of the packaging we use is recyclable, the tote bag and make up bag are also re-usable and are used as padding in our packages to save any excess packaging. I can also confirm the Kokeshi is made from a recyclable resin. Good news, we will be introducing a basic packaging option on our website by the end of the year to give customers a choice of which packaging the would like. “Fantastic service when I emailed with a query. Great prices and quick delivery. Only downside was the amount of waste packaging. Whilst the packaging was beautiful I felt I had to throw away a lot of waste after only ordering a small 50ml product.”

“My product did not arrive on the day stated to me perhaps due to it being a bank holiday. My order arrived the day after the stated date. However, I am still really pleased with the service and the response I had when I spoke to Skincity on the phone about my order. My package arrived the day after the stated date. I am delighted with the product-a high quality sunscreen which I cannot get easily anywhere else. Will be ordering again.”

“Excellent choice of products but I don’t really get the kokeshi or the make up bags - just end up in landfill. I’d much rather have more samples of new products to try or money off products.”

“Quick delivery. Happy with the service. Didn’t really need all the other stuff I didn’t order in the box. Would rather just have what I ordered. Am allergic to lots of products so sample go straight in the bin. Wasteful. And the bag and doll, well not my sort of thing I suppose”

“I have experience with "skin city UK" and "skin city SE". I can see that unfortunately the UK site do not allow to track order, which can be less comfortable for the customer. Second thing - the delivery takes longer. Beside those remarks - everything seems to be ok.”

“Usually order directly from the manufacturer but Skin City had an offer on so gave them a try. Product arrived in good time and was well presented with some additional goodies. Unfortunately one of the products I received was incorrect but was easily and efficiently resolved with an immediate replacement sent out and the return made easy. Will definitely use again.”
