“Great product, great service, very speedy but please, no more bags or silly dolls. I’d rather a sample of something, or reduce the price by the cost of the dolls/bags.”

“Ordered Neostrata skincare. Fantastic packaging, such a lovely touch, free samples, little bag and free product. What a lovely suprise! Just started using products so can’t comment on any results etc. But would definitely order from them again.”

“I am generally very happy with products and service, but I wish they did not use Royal Mail signed for delivery - I missed my delivery and now I need to make a trip to our local Royal Mail office, which i don’t know whether I will be able to do...”
