“For some reason I always have a problem ordering on line so I make a call and my order is taken with ease and products arrive in 2 days normally quicker than advised. Good service and great products”

“My order has not arrived and I have to wait fifteen days before the company will investigate with Royal Mail. Certainly will never buy anything else from this company. However, after writing this I was contacted by the company, who apologised, immediately spent me the products I had ordered and were helpful. I have had the products before and they were as I expected. Will buy again.”

“Received products quickly. It would be good to have a way to suggest products and to see comparable ones. I think it would be really great to add descriptions that showed the ranking of the product in the market. There are so many with similar names... Hard to judge if another one would be just as good for less and equally one that is better for a bit more... It would be great to be able to select products by choosing key features or filtering eg for a sunscreen select SPF, tinted/not, skin type, organic, etc.”
