“Note about the website - when I tried to see all the brands my page was obscured from reading the bottom section of the chart. Items received were well packed and I particularly welcomed the 'Effortless Glossary of Ingredients' which is a first and very helpful”

“Good service except after I activate my 10% off code, I was immediately e mailed a 15% off code, which was annoying. Perhaps your telephone staff should have offered the 15%.”

“My order arrived fast and in good packaging, however I am not satisfied with the product, which is not Effortless Skin's fault. I have used another brand's 15% glycolic acid cleanser for many years but I needed to find a new one as that product was discontinued. The one I purchased from Efforless Skin had very strong perfume in it and I find that using it is a very unpleasant experience. So I do not know what to do with it ...”
