“A very quick service. I’ve been using the Sponge chief since the very first day that Kanebo came to London in the 80’s My only criticism is that the packaging was way TOO MUCH . Would have scored very good otherwise.”

“Prompt delivery Beautifully packed with little treat I would like to highlight that the lid was not tightly on the product and it was lay down . Some product had leaked and left things sticky. It wasn't much product lost but it could of been worse. I will order again . Its lovely to receive treats too 😉”

“I have no complaints. Would prefer to not get any free sample as it is quite wasteful. I don't use them. I like the fact that all packaging is paper”
