“The only one thing Skincity UK could improve is shipment option. Now there is no possibility to get the tracking shipment for the non UK destinations. Everything else is just perfect.”

“I loved the website, the packaging was great and my 8 yr old has fallen in love with the kokeshi 😄 I would have given you a 5 but setting up my account was a but tedious- having to enter my address details 3 times! Thanks for the sample too! I’ve already recommended you😁”

“Good service and the lovely little samples are great too - just one thing though, when you include a sample it would be really handy to include an instruction of what the product is and how to use it! There are no instructions on the bottles usually 🤷‍♀️”

“The site itself is great, and delivery is always swift and products come packaged so nicely! Great range of products and I love purchasing from here! Most recent order I bought a face wash and it leaked everywhere after one use unfortunately :( , not sure if bottle was damaged in transit but I would still buy from here again as this is the first time anything has gone wrong!”

“Good range of products, reasonable delivery. My only complaint would be the inclusion of some kind of small plastic doll with the packaging, not sure why I would need this and seems wasteful!”

“I always review a company on how they act when things go wrong. Having been sent the wrong product, once highlighted to the company, the correct one arrived the next day. That’s good customer service.”

“Very good customer service, prompt delivery, well packaged. I would like to comment that I feel the free gifts are unnecessary. Although very nice, I would value customer service over free gifts. I would prefer to try samples. A free gift would not entice me to use one company over the other, but a competetive price free postage/ returns would for example.”
