CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!Can't put less than 1 star.... I've been using them for about a year now, about 3 to 4 times per month, average order was less than $20. Just got my credit card statement and someone has been using my card to the tune of over $2000 in one month. Tried to get ahold of someone and got hung up on twice (I guess they didn't want to deal with it). Third person told me they were very sorry but my card is encrypted so they wouldn't know (guess its not encrypted good enough). I would have to contact my credit card company because there was nothing they could do. I will never use them again!!

Worst customer service ever, terrible drivers. My food arrived cold and soggy an hour late and completely un-edible and they would only refund me 50% as a credit on my account even after I told them I wouldn't be using their service anymore.

Ordered late night food. Long story short, had to wait for at least 40mins. My phone was on silent and was keeping track through the tracking order map on my PC. All of a sudden it has been delivered. As soon as I come out I do not see the driver. I see the footsteps on my driveway because it just had snow. Looked for the food and I did not find it. Tried to call but could not reach the number. Driver said it was delivered but it was no where to be found. The last location of the driver was at the restaurant. Either skip has to do better with that live tracker or make sure that drivers leave the food by the door. I spoke with " Lovepreet k4 " service person through chat and was very rude. Only refunded as credits what the total amount was. I tried to reason out the situation but the person leave the chat. What kind of customer service is that. Anyways.. I have had more issues with skip before but this is what really triggered me to write a review. DO NOT USE SKIP!

I think my driver just stole my meal?? I haf food and alcohol. I was outside thirty seconds after i received the two minutes out text. I waited for five minutes. Went back inside to grab my phone. Called the driver. They said they were waiting outside but it couldnt have been for long?? He said he was on another route and it would be awhile. Its been 20 minutes? He said skip the dishes advised him to do this? I was outside the whole time. Hw confirmed the address??

Skip the dishes? More like Skip the meal all together.. Absolutely terrible company. They do not care about the customer what so ever. 25 minutes with customer service trying to get an order placed, finally gets accepted by the Resto. Then an hour ten later they cancel my order due to “no couriers available”. Right away I call the resto to see if I can just pick it up, they tell me it’s been thrown in the garbage. 80$ worth of sushi, in the garbage. Best part, Skip even offers a pickup option, but nobody thought it might be an idea to call me and see if I could pick it up. They offered no compensation at all and tried to give me a refund in “skip credits”. This company is a joke.

Reference Order #388432378 On the evening of Feb. 21st, I ordered what I thought was a very basic fried rice and hard to mess up. Hard to screw up right? Wrong. It was awful. Charged $14.95 for rice, a few peas and raw carrot. Delivery and tip brought it to $22.95. I contacted Skip the Dish customer service and got the royal run around. Would only credit me $7.95, citing problems because of Covid, AND get this, they had to protect their corporate relationship with restaurants. I then reviewed the restaurant, and many negative reviews going back to 2014! No Covid then. I also pointed out to them that they had a responsibility to customers. I called the restaurant, Broadway Chinese Food, Vancouver, BC. The woman was EXTREMELY rude, said they"d be in business 30 years and it was my problem! I did email Skip The Dishes with full details but no reply. All things considered, if they were an ethical company, they should give me a full refund. They are a big part of the problem and will NEVER use them again. This restaurant has been getting away with this for years and Skip The Dishes is complicit. It's ALL about the money.

Imagine ordering mcdonalds that's 5 minutes away and the delivery driver picked up the order and delivered it after 39 minutes and when I complained to skip telling them all the food is completely cold they said there gonna give me back a refund of 10 dollars what a joke half eaten fries also

I am using them for a while and they used to be fairly good, however recently I either get the wrong item or not getting it at all! If there is less than one star, I would have given them! Customer service = Total disaster. I may suggest a name change to “skip the meal”

I placed an order, it was billed to my credit card, and apparently the order didn't go through. I used their stupid chat box and was told I would get a refund within hours. In the meantime, funds are being held by my credit card. NOT IMPRESSED. Until I get my money back, this place is a scam.

Worst service ever! My order said it had been delivered, but when I went to go check it was nowhere to be found. Then I decided to call the customer service Helpline. The customer service helpline was unavailable. And when I decided to message the helpline on the app they told me to go check the other apartment buildings in my area. When I went to go check the other apartment buildings I ended up slipping on some ice. After slipping on the ice I am in so much pain my back and my hip are killing me. And to top that they were arguing about giving me a refund.

I have used skip the dishes for quite awhile. In the beginning it was ok, but lately the services from drivers as well as customer service has gone downhill. I am disabled and it is convenient, but as I said the service overall is lacking. I am seriously considering going elsewhere , maybe better service elsewhere

Driver stole my food and they claim I wasn't at the address. Beware of Edmonton skip the dishes. truck drivers need to keep a secure way to eat with vaccine mandates not allowing us in restaurants. After a hour they offered a 10.99refund on a 30 dollar order.

Horrible service. We ordered through the app which somehow put in the wrong address. We contacted them saying that it was delivered to an address not even listed in our app and they only offered a 50% credit which is useless because now we can't trust them and will never order from them again. Don't use this service. 100% unaccountable.

You guys hire idiots who should not even be employed in their own countries. I do get your low Pauling slave work is hard to find workers however, you pay poor, you rip off the restaurants and your support are idiots who try to do anything possible other tha. To give you a small % off a complete blown order.

The driver could not locate the address. Restaurant to delivery address is a 5 minute drive. It took over 45 minutes for the food to be delivered. The food was inedible and soggy. Skip support would only offer a 50% refund.
