I got a better package from them than from my current provider, Post Office, so I am changing to Sky Talk, Line and Broadband

I lkke having sky but i dont like how they give you a rubbish dral once your contract expires . Wont match my broadband deal with that of a new customer . No where near in fact . We can create our own tv package with seperate streaming services and seperate broadband when will they learn to look after steady paying customers.

Generally a good service, would be better if you could record shows more than one week in advance. Occasionally wi fi drops out and can take some time to be connected.

Very unsatisfied..Sky as a mobile team is very dodgy. I sent beck their devices since the 26/08/2022. Today is the 26/10/2022 they still have not taken off the credit agreement from my account and they expect payments which i have made till this day. They haven’t refunded back my payments and they have disconnected my sim cards. After I made a payment today, they said if I do not set a direct debit with them, then they do not connect my sims back on. I’m puzzled as to why they have no concern even though they have their devises. They daily call me with FALSE hope as they are still sorting it out. Seriously from the 26/08/2022 ????

We came out of contract We had no correspondence from Sky They increased out monthly payments by £80 without any consultation We were already paying £110 I appreciate we were out of contract but we both work full time so some communication from the company would have been appreciated When we finally got through to their customer services we were on the phone nearly 2 hours to get it sorted Again this does not feel like good customer service for working people

Terrible customer service, ordered new remote for Sky Q . Told it was on its way now received communication that their is a problem and need to contact them . But they give you a number for all enquiries and wait time is horrendous. Better off buying remote from eBay , costs but no hassle .

I have never had any real problems with customer service. They have always been very helpful and resolved any issues I have had. My problem is their news content now is more or less identical to BBC with left wing views and ‘woke’ content. They have also brought back the awful Kay ‘Surly’ Burley the disgraced newsreader who couldn’t bear being parted from her pals during lockdown whilst telling all of us to behave ourselves. I and many of my colleagues have switched to GB News for more balanced views of news & current affairs - it’s a new channel and was a bit shakey to start with but is improving by the day. Apart from their news - I still like sky!

After having talk talk for years I went with skyQ package to try. OMG. So disappointed. Had my grandchildren staying and there was absolutely nothing for them to watch . Shocking! Without paying extra divers. I am so regretting my decision. Now I have to wait 18 months.

Very Good customer service, but changed me £50 for a sky multi room book even when Iv been playing for it for a year. I never got sent a box when I set it up.

I was going to cancel my subscription with Sky as it was coming to the end. I wasn't going to pay the new fees. I contacted customer services to inform them of this. I was told that they would do me a deal as I have been with them for a long time. I was paying £50 a month. The deal was going to be £39 a month. So, I agreed to stay with them. However, a couple of weeks later I got an email informing me that from April my bill was going to be £45 a month. I rang customer services again telling them there isn't anything they can do about it. After my subscription ends next time, I will go with another company. They haven't kept their end of the deal.

Sky has great packages and reasonably priced but their customer services doesn't match the packages. They send out faulty equipment and make it so difficult to replace it. Made to feel like a liar on the phone. Send emails and never get a response. They call you to sell you more products and when you say no they ask why. You explain the reason why and they hang up on you as they are only interested in the bonus and not helping the customer. I was going to transfer more of my stuff over to Sky but I don't think I will be now.
