I was going to cancel my subscription with Sky as it was coming to the end. I wasn't going to pay the new fees. I contacted customer services to inform them of this. I was told that they would do me a deal as I have been with them for a long time. I was paying £50 a month. The deal was going to be £39 a month. So, I agreed to stay with them. However, a couple of weeks later I got an email informing me that from April my bill was going to be £45 a month. I rang customer services again telling them there isn't anything they can do about it. After my subscription ends next time, I will go with another company. They haven't kept their end of the deal.

Sky has great packages and reasonably priced but their customer services doesn't match the packages. They send out faulty equipment and make it so difficult to replace it. Made to feel like a liar on the phone. Send emails and never get a response. They call you to sell you more products and when you say no they ask why. You explain the reason why and they hang up on you as they are only interested in the bonus and not helping the customer. I was going to transfer more of my stuff over to Sky but I don't think I will be now.

Been with sky 7years just signed up for new contract last month and it’s already going up next month disgusting. Will not be renewing next year

Was having a great experience changing to Sky Glass. Smooth delivery and set up. Amazing picture and sound. THEN....... SKY GO EXTRA disappeared! I thought initially this would not be a problem as happened once before when I changed package but was restored as is a DIAMOND VIP perk. The only one I have ever wanted. The rest is rubbish of no use. After making a complaint, discovered it is not technically possible to restore my service. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THIS WOULD BE THE CASE! AM ABSOLUTELY FUMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sky service tv broadband / mobile all rubbish we pay good money for what rubbish services you phone complain still nothing and why a film comes out on sky cinema then there charge you for it with old movies ie bad boys for life there charge you for it hmmm why

Great when It works. However Please don't go with Sky if you work from home because my Wifi has been down for almost 5 weeks and there's still no sign of it ever getting fixed. Also if they say when they are coming out don't get your hopes up as they always cancel and tell you to just wait another 2 days. My freind had a similar experience he had to wait 4 weeks and struggled to get through to anyone. Not saying don't go with them but only go with them if your OK with waiting for a month for it to work again. (It got disconnected by openreach even though we always pay our bills)

Had Sky Glass , 2 days in it said no internet connection , basically sky told me , my broadband not fast enough to run the tv and all other devices in the house at same time . My broadband is the best in my area , when I asked y I wasn’t told this , the told me I should of been told about the broadband when I phoned to place the order , needless to say it is going back , very disappointing Sky I have been a customer for over 18 years , so be careful people before buying this product .

Came off broadband from your company after 21 yrs. customer services done me for breach of contract, despite the fact am getting less than 19 mps.Paying £28 for rubbish service.Struggling with computer speed.Your engineer cane on last Tuesday abd could not do any better.Customer service man , named Seren, very rude and listener, should not be in the job.Niw joining Vodafone optic for £24 for 100 mos super fast 2. Your Sky cannot match this. Yiuvr waste of time. I am going to come off with other services too.Lotalty with u does not pay.No sympathy and want to charge full money fir useless, tubby service.Would nit recommend anytime join you.Reall Money grabbing , a day light robbery.

I have had sky package for a few years and am annoyed with the so called new series of snakes in the city was looking forward to it, it is nothing like a new series just parts of previous series patched together

I’ve got sky q and the thing I find annoying is when you pause it, to read anything at the bottom of the screen a black band comes up and covers it so you are unable to read it. This is so annoying as sometimes you are not given enough time to read it and then this happens so you can’t read it anyway. Is there some way it can be changed

I reported an issue on my Sky broadband 5 weeks ago (a suspected fault between the local exchange and my apartment) and it hasn't been fixed yet. I am aware that Sky is not responsible for the network but I was expecting them to follow up and urge Openreach to fix it while keeping me informed. I tried to get in touch with Sky but their Facebook customer service is just pointless and I am not allowed to speak to them on the phone because I'm not a key worker. This is not the first time I've had problems with Sky broadband, I had a similar issue with my internet connection before and to be honest, I got fair compensation for it from Sky, however, I'd rather have a stable internet connection than a refund. I am currently very disappointed with the service provided so far, I hope they'll be able to change my mind, otherwise, I will have to change internet provider.

Shame on you Sky. You can't provide basic equipment for your engineers like a dustpan and brush or an industrial vacuum cleaner. Skys excuse - not enough room on Van's. You have damaged our dyson handheld and refuse to fix or replace it. Sky rep turns up at your door to investigate, firm and blunt - must have been told by his boss to not pay out to hit his targets. Note to anyone having sky installed - don't let them use any of your equipment. Wish I had thought about that at the spare of the moment.

Another price increase for what ?, I have been with sky since the early 90's but now they seem to forget about customers and this and think more about money than the customer's, they keep putting more on box office so yet again you have to pay £20+ on top of your subscription for boxing plus they make a deal that screw channel 4 of live F1 which will not work out for them in the end, when my contract ends can't see me staying hope others will see that what you pay for is just not worth it if you have to pay even more for the content that was once free or not Extra on top of your subscription i.e sky sports
