Sky convinced me to upgrade to Full Fibre 300 by promising a strong and reliable signal throughout my home. What I actually got was a badly done installation and poor service afterwards. The external cable was installed extremely low, which is a security issue, and the engineer didn’t even fit the internal box properly. I had to fix part of the installation myself – totally unacceptable. Since then, my Wi-Fi signal has been very weak. I’ve called Sky at least 10 times. Every time they say “everything looks fine” on their system, but real speed tests in my home clearly show it’s not. Instead of fixing the problem, they keep trying to sell me a more expensive router. That feels misleading, especially when the upgrade was sold on the promise of strong signal already. Now I’m being pushed to spend my own money on boosters to fix issues caused by Sky’s poor installation and service. That’s not fair. Very disappointed. This feels like upselling instead of support. I expected much better from Sky.

Abslutely disgusting company Increasing my bill £3 a month when i barely use the phone Say to "invest in their network" SKY USE O2 THUS IT ISNT THEIR NETWORK AT ALL!!!! PROFIT PROFIT PROFIT DISGUSTING COMPANY

I have been with sky for nearly 30 years but when my contract is ended this time I am going to cancel it.i have had enough of continuous repeats.there are so many repeats it is unbelievable.i pay £75 a month for this rubbish.i have lost count how many times only fools and horses has been on over the past 12 months or more and that is one of soo many.sorry sky but it is a fact.

BEWARE TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER CANCELLING IN APRIL. We have asked for a subject access request that they have not fulfilled sent one call to us, where we clearly stated wanted to cancel. Sent us an email saying we contacted them in October when we clearly didn’t and said they were doing a refund for us, still don’t know what for. Have taken £100’s without consent. Not one person has called back when promised. Now won’t speak to us as we don’t have an account! Ombudsman here we come

Sky disconnected my broadband earlier than agreed, despite clearly confirming during a phone call that the service would remain active until 30 December. My internet was cut off on 19 December, without my consent and without any warning. This caused serious disruption, as I work remotely and rely on a stable internet connection to do my job. Calling customer service did not resolve the issue. I was left without a working solution and had to raise a formal complaint just to have the matter taken seriously. What is most frustrating is not the mistake itself, but the poor handling of the cancellation process and lack of accountability. If you are planning to cancel or move services, be very careful — confirmation over the phone clearly does not guarantee anything. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Sky, especially to anyone working from home.

Trying to get a Sky TV contract cancelled has been worse than the ninth circle of Hell. Terrible experience that has taken five days of constant emails, phone calls and online 'chat'. They make it as difficult as humanly possible. Avoid, like the plague.

Im a social worker who has to rely on receiving calls with sensitive information on peoples sensitive private issues. for the last couple of months people have been ringing me and getting through to people in London and now America often with the person who answered talking to them and so on. Today i've called sky and they have been no help at all, i have now been passed onto my 8th call handler and have been on the phone for 3 hrs. i've been promised managers and have spoken to people in India, wales and south Africa but never a manager. these staff don't care about customers and apparently sky do not either. no resolution apart from being offered a new number, i explained that i wanted to end the contract as i cant trust their gdpr protocols and have been treated poorly with sky in breach of their promise. and i'm not receiving calls and sensitive information is not being handled correctly, surly in breach of contract. ive been cut off and fobbed off all day. my only choice is to get another provider and continue paying for this contract until it ends. absolutely disgusting, as they said they cannot and will not take receipt of the handset. as apparently when you sign a contract with sky you sign 2 contracts. 1 for the phone and one for the plan. this company is discussing and now i have to wait 48hrs to hopefully get a call from one of their elusive managers to most likely be informed Im going to continue to be rapped by this corporation. DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH SKY, if you want to be treated fairly, properly even legally. They do not care about their customers and they employ and condone liars. or train them to be so. my Name is Matthew. i don't want anyone to have to go through the degrading, frustrating disgusting way i’ve been treated buy these people. who still insist on my money and seem to have the law on their side.

Appalling service, automated system just sends you round in circles. Once you've managed to find a number, speaking to a person seems to another challenge. Typically pretty unhelpful and I regret being tied into a contract with them, I'm sure there are other service providers who actually value their customers. Hopefully I will be able to terminate my contract via loopholes, I don't want to give Sky any business I absolutely haven't got to.

I am sick of animal cruelty ads. Absolutely done with Sky. Every 10 minutes there are ads that last 1/2 minutes of abused animals. Every single time there’s an ad? All for a bit of money we don’t know where it goes- make a QR code for donations stop showing them all dying in pain- that’s ethically wrong for viewers. Cut it down cop on cause little do ye know you’ve lost viewers (at least 11 in my small town alone) solely cause of your ads.

SCUM AND THIEVES PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THEM Cancelled in July, now November still won't refund me. They read a script, they are thieves and scum. They go around in circle with deducting from your next bill when you don't have anymore. I swear they only hire the most idiotic people ever.

SKY charged me for services I have never ordered or wanted and simply took money from my account.They have kept my details from 10 years ago when I have cancelled my contract with them due to house moving.Then for some reason they have decided to start a new contract without asking using my old details. After numerous frustrating email and calls I have managed to get 80% of my money back but they have simply decided to keep the rest. Absolutely unhelpful and incompetent staff, taking weeks to answer my questions, impossible to talk to talk to more senior staff. Worst customer service experience in my life and the audacity to just start a new contract using my bank details which should be deleted and not stored. Disgusting experience

Avoid SKY Broadband. I signed up for a £30/month plan, but within two months my bill jumped to £85 with no clear reason. SKY claimed it was for local phone calls that were never properly explained. When I challenged it, customer service was unhelpful, and I had to contact my bank to stop the direct debit and recover my money. Totally misleading and frustrating experience. Be very careful sharing your payment details with them. SKY lure customers in with affordable offers, then quietly add hidden charges and make it difficult to get any help or refunds. I’ve since left, and I warn others: don’t trust SKY with your bank details or your patience.

Absolutely useless company to deal with. Still waiting for new Sky box, promises made they can’t uphold, delivery times they can’t uphold. Incorrect delivery address 3 times Paying for a service they can’t even provide. Utterly pathetic !!

I got told my contract had finished and they gave me a refund due to my contract finishing now I'm getting emails about them sending me to a debt collection service because I haven't paid the contract. I can't speak to a human unless I pay the outstanding balance. If I pay the balance I get a new contract I haven't got any equipment to use sky.
