The worst company , i have been waiting 5 months for my broadband to conect , and still waiting , every month i m getiing txt that it will be delay . Rubish !!! when you call them they have no idea what takes so long to send someone to come and conect . Guys dont trust them please

Appalling service. Issue after issue from getting an engineer, contacting a human and even to cancelling our account. We are still being charged and we have cancelled. YET TO BE RECTIFIED. No stores can help. Help line has you chatting for hours. Naturally the links to complain on the website have an error to location. Absolute thieves.

I have just tried to contact sky and found that there is no free call number anymore and if you want to chat on line be prepared to wait. And if you ask about why the cricket is not being televised you will be disconnected ….it just happened to me .

Terrible, no one wants to help and they just chuck you around the departments. Would advise going elsewhere, regret getting Sky, should have gone with Virgin Media, don't make the same mistake I've made!

I am a customer for over 12yrs with Sky and I have had the worst service with them and open reach. I was asked when I called about my contract and increases to that contract if I wanted upgrade to fibre, little did I know the stress and lies I would encounter as a result of this. I had a date of the 5th December for the installation, I work from home so had no problem with this. The 5th arrived and no one arrived. I then got a message to say that no one was home. That was an absolute lie and that they had called me, again an absolute lie. As soon as I got the notification I called Sky and a case was opened. I had however already called sky the week before to complain about the behaviour and rudeness of the open reach employees that had just arrived at the house the week before with not warning or appointment. I did not receive any call regarding either of these complaints and every time I wanted an update I had to call myself. No one told me that the cases were closed or gave me an update. I finally after many calls and many lies from the employees at sky that this is being dealt with, found out last week that in fact the case had been closed on the day I made it - 5th December. I was then told it would be reopened and investigated and I would get a response to my case and also as to why I have been lied to and why no one had bothered to call me. I was just called and told they won’t compensate because I missed my appointment, so Sky is believing open reach over the customer who clearly was sitting at home waiting for them. I was then offered £42, I asked if he thinks following all this, if this is fair compensation, which he said he doesn’t have any thoughts on. After 12yrs, I can’t wait leave, this is the first time I have encountered so many lies from a company! I asked to speak to a manager so they can explain why I have been lied to for 2 months and they said that £42 is enough compensation. I think Sky misses the point here, it’s about customer service.

Sky's engineer came out to fit new broadband box. After being there for 10 minutes he'd drilled into the central heating pipe. The living was flooded and floor damaged. Sky have paid out for repairs which was resolved quite quickly. We was left with no water for 8 hrs and no broadband which resulted in my wife not being able to work. Sky have offered me £50 credit as compensation and say it's a good will gesture as the compensation was in the agreed payment for damage. Won't be renewing when my contract is up after the way we've been treated.

The most unprofessional company . Phone up to cancel sky they make me hold over 3 hours! How that is possible? Making people to wait for hours. We other things to do. We are Not only free to seat on phone calls.

Our skybox has not been working since the first week of December, we were told that a technician would not be available until 6th January so we had to wait until then to address the problem. We waited all day and the technician never showed up, we called Sky who did the usual “we are sorry” and we were told that the next available technician would be coming on the 22nd January. 22nd today and no sign of the technician, in the meantime time Sky are still deducting our monthly bill. SKY IS USELESS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER ISSUES

“I strongly suspect Sophia Maddison and her team are involved in fraudulent activities. Once they have your money, they start demanding huge sums to allow you to withdraw your funds. They are currently holding $120,000 of my money and are demanding over $40,000 for me to access it. Everything about them seems fake, and I want to warn others to stay away. Do not go with sky for your WIFI, ours hasn’t worked for 3 weeks!! Having the 3rd lot of engineers out this weekend, if it’s not fixed we’re gone. Massive mistake moving from Virgin to Sky!! Can’t work from home, son can’t play on his devices, using all Our data and can’t watch TV cause we have Sky glass. Paying for a service we’re just not getting…..awful!! 😡😡😡😡

Do not send any money to this fraudulent website. Once they have gained your trust, they will take 70% of the remaining funds in your wallet. You may feel pressured to transfer larger amounts in an attempt to save money, only to find yourself bankrupt. It would be nice to speak to a real person I am paying for inter net conection on my tv but I am not getting it and have not had the internet connection on my tv for over six month and I am now conciderind a change to Kingston communications as it is impossible to get anywhere with sky

This scam company ruined me. All my savings, as well as my regular income-generating loans, were wiped out by Vourteige. I lost $50,000 in four months, hoping to recover at least some of my losses, but in the end everything went to waste. Sky are useless customs services and they're very ingrepic alcohol. They did not play with the regulations. And not and they do not fix the faults properly. I had a sky engineer. All you done is come out. Check the speed on my home a left You didn't do no work nothing now. I've had this trouble since the 26 november 2024 two 3 january 2025 this problem has been gone since these date now when I joined sky. I still had troubled abroad man's service. Now all they Ve offered me is 75 pounds compensation cost for lots of speed and lots of surgery. I do this, this is not sceptible to a customer. Now I won't recommend Skype glass. And skybroadband and sky tv to any friends and family

Firstly, Sky sent a remote firmware update to our Sky Glass TV and irreparably damaged it (apparently it happened to a small number but Sky won't admit it). This is where it all started. Cancelled our streaming as we were out of contract. Did it in writing as per terms and conditions but Sky refused to accept that. Continue to receive emails telling me the service is restricted and I owe an increasing amount each month. Speak to collections team who tell me, yes it should have been cancelled and they "don't know what's happened but will sort it". This has gone on since September. As we owned the Sky Glass TV we lodged a claim with the small claims court. Sky did not respond so the judge issued a CCJ against Sky as a result. This is when the Sky legal team swung into action. They are continuing to contest the claim. Goodness knows how much this will be costing Sky when they could simply settle the original claim which is £720. It's now December, and they continue to dispute the CCJ.

I joined this company in September 2021 investing $15k .I earned constantly and could upgrade to the $25k pack and then to the $50k . After trading and making so much profit, withdrawals suddenly became very difficult. It says on their website that fund withdrawals will take around 3 days.
