Cost a fortune each month and their sky stream is so awful. With modern technology these days this is lacking in something. It’s so difficult to find and scroll for programs. Even the voice control on the remote doesn’t always find what you are looking for.

I have a been loyal customer with Sky for years, purchasing several products and services from them, now my broadband is coming up for renewal, they have reduced the price, but compared to what is on offer, it is 50% more expensive than what l could receive from other suppliers, plus they are all offering welcome bonuses as much as £155, now l have been a customer 10 plus years and they will have made £1000s from me, but they would prefer to give a new customer a much better deal than me, and vouchers, and l am a so called VIP customer according to them, so now l will become and old customer, becuase MR SKY, just to let you know your business model doesnt work

I had been waiting for two weeks for a withdrawal to be deposited into my bank account. Although the company insisted that the transaction had been completed on their end, my bank confirmed that no deposit had been received, attempted, or rejected. After a thorough investigation conducted by both my bank's fraud department and UNIQUE RECOVERY FIRM it was determined that there was no trace of the transaction. Fortunately, following the investigation, I was able to recover my funds successfully."

After over 10 years as a loyal Sky customer, I’ve never felt more let down by a company. Since moving into a new property in September, my experience with Sky has been nothing short of a nightmare. The broadband service was unreliable from day one — often unusable — and despite spending hours on the phone with support, enduring multiple technician visits, and even missing work, the issues were never resolved. In a desperate attempt to fix what Sky couldn’t, I spent over £2,000 of my own money, including £1,600 on a Netgear Orbi system and additional electrician costs. None of it helped. Then, after months of frustration, Sky finally admitted they couldn’t provide the service I needed and told me to leave. Let that sink in — I didn’t choose to cancel. Sky told me to go elsewhere because they couldn’t deliver. And yet, they had the audacity to offer a measly £75 in compensation. That’s not just inadequate — it’s insulting. I’ve since switched to BT. No Orbi. No extra hardware. Just fast, reliable internet — double the speed Sky ever managed. Sky, you’ve lost a customer for life. And I’ll make sure others know exactly what kind of “service” they can expect.

I’m a long term customer and have had mixed experiences. Over the past few months I’ve experienced problems with emails leading to calls for assistance. Twice promised return call but none received. Recently my emails disappear and incoming mail arrives in my deleted box. Today’s call lasted 2hrs 24mins without resolution with a return call promised for this afternoon. Yes, you’ve guessed it, no call received. Inexcusable service.

I wanted to add sports to my package. What a saga! The virtual assistant is totally useless- worst I have ever come across. Then called the call centre. Took 2 hours. Passed from one dept to another. Unbelievable! The worst customer journey ever- my experience should be a case study on how not to deal with longstanding (25 years) customers. The products are very expensive and all can be obtained elsewhere more cheaply. As a result of my experience I am moving away from Sky. I can’t cope with another experience like this and I can’t imagine they will stay in business. AVOID at all costs.
