I first had a lovely man called Alex who was absolutely amazing to me talking me through how to reset my sky and as I am disabled and couldn't do it he sent an engineer around the next day.She sorted the problem efficiently and was wonderful Highly recommend your service

Absolute ridiculous amount of ads now. I remember couple years ago sky used to be actually good, no ads, easy to navigate and overall a better experience.

Gone from being one of the best TV/broadband supplier's to probably the worst. Been with them for 24years. Started new contract in October 24th for two years costing £46 pm,with the understanding it would increase in April (fair enough) March came bill increased to £51 then in April to £69. Many phone calls later they reduced it to £58. Six different discounts applied to my account all expiring on different dates. How can this be. Will be leaving asap.

Increased my bill. They said I could cancel free of charge if done within 30 days. So I changed to a different provider within that timescale. Still charged me £200 cancellation fee, despite reassuring me 5 times over the phone that I don't owe them money. Threatened me with debt collectors too. Will never go with Sky again

Diabolical customer service. No one is interested in talking about your problem - they read a script and pass you on to someone else as they want you off your line. Everytime you get passed you have to go through security again. Got passed on 3 times today. And my thanks for being a long standing customer? Rubbish service and a monthly charge increase of £6.50 - absolutely disgusting

Moved home on the 28th of March and I hav had no Internet since it was switched for hangover on the 27 of March apparently if we're lucky it will be on on the 31st! Avoid like the plague! Useless service with Useless Internet and WiFi.

I have completely lost trust in Sky due to my recent experience with their customer service. I booked an engineer appointment for March 27th (8 AM - 1 PM) to fix my broadband issue. I specifically told their agent, Julie, that I work 9 AM - 6 PM, but I would delay my start to wait for the engineer. She assured me this was noted, and I was booked for an early slot. By 10 AM, no engineer had arrived. When I called, a representative assured me that if the engineer didn’t show by 11 AM, I wouldn’t be charged the £25 fee. However, my call was suddenly transferred to Max, who denied that such an email could be sent. The level of dishonesty and inconsistency is shocking! Sky has not only failed to resolve my internet issue, but they are also trying to charge customers for a problem on their end. I have now decided to cancel my subscription due to their unreliable service, false assurances, and lack of accountability. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Sky with their broadband needs! 🚨👎 #SkyFail #PoorCustomerService #BroadbandIssues
